When booking an appointment with Beam Nail Bar, clients agree to all of our salon policies. We thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

Walk-In Policy

We welcome walk-ins but unfortunately, they are subject to wait times depending on previous appointments that have been made. Due to this, we cannot guarantee a service to be done at the customers preferred time as we honor appointments first. If you want to secure a service with us, please call (424)403-4116 and we will happily assist you.

Service Policy

New set nail enhancements (with dip and gel polish) are guaranteed within 5 days of service, this excludes fills. If your nail enhancements break, chip, crack, or lift within 5 days, please come back in for a free repair. Any repairs after 5 days will be charged $3+ each. Regular polish services are not guaranteed.

Lash Fix/Fill Policy

Eyelash extensions are guaranteed within 5 days of service. If your lashes fall, please come back within 5 days of your appointment to get them fixed. Any repairs after 5 days will be charged a fee. Lash fills should be scheduled every 2 weeks, if not, pricing of fill will be increased on a case by case basis.

Appointment Policy

To avoid unfair delays to our clients, your appointment will be rescheduled if you are 10 minutes late. Regardless of unforeseen circumstances that may arise, which could force you to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates must be presented at the time of purchase. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable. Certificates cannot be redeemed for gratuities or to purchase another gift certificate. Beam Nail Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or any unauthorized use. Gift certificate is not valid without an authorized signature and/or matching reference number. All prices are subject to change. Gift certificates do not expire. Use of certificate constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.

Same Time Service Policy

Performing manicures and pedicures simultaneously is cannot be guaranteed during this time in an effort to social distance and create a safe environment for everyone involved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
